Proposal Submittal
Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Proposals must be submitted both in physical copies and electronically before the deadline, with all forms filled as per specifications.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.
