Proposal Submittal
Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Submit proposals electronically via the Salt Lake City submissions portal. Clearly label the file 'Granary District Mixed-Use RFP Response.' PDF format, not exceeding 25MB.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.

Proposals to the RFP should include the following sections:
Cover letter, Firm/team profile, Relevant development experience, Conceptual site and building plans, Sustainability approach, Development pro forma, Resumes of key personnel, Implementation timeline
