Proposal Submittal
Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Submit both electronic and hard copies to THSTI by 5:00 PM IST, June 15, 2025. Label envelope with RFP number and proposer name.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.
