Proposal Submittal
Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Submit project proposals via the online portal (see RFP link). Include all required sections as PDFs, with a maximum of 30 pages total. Proposals must be received by 11:59 PM ET on the deadline.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.

Proposals to the RFP should include the following sections:
Cover letter, Project narrative, Team bios and qualifications, Community engagement strategy, Budget and timeline, Past project references, Letters of support
