Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes to the Executive Director, THSTI, NCR Biotech Science Cluster, 3rd Milestone, Faridabad-Gurgaon Expressway, Faridabad - 121001, Haryana, India by 5:00 PM IST on May 31, 2025.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.
