Proposal Submittal
Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Submit a physical proposal (hard copy, signed and sealed) by courier to the address specified in the RFP document; include 'LHP-GHTC-India EWS Proposal' on the envelope; submission deadline strictly enforced.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.
