Proposal Submittal
Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Proposals must be submitted in hard copy and digital format at the RCB procurement office per the instructions in the RFP document. Late or incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.
