Proposal Submittal
Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Submit electronic proposals via INDOT portal by 3:00 PM ET on May 28, 2025, with required documentation and subject heading as per INDOT instructions.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.

Proposals to the RFP should include the following sections:
Firm qualifications and capacity (max 10 pages), Resumes of project team, Project understanding and technical approach, Relevant experience (3 similar projects), Detailed fee proposal (separate attachment), Quality control plan, References
