Proposal Submittal
Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Complete proposal packets should be delivered in hard copy and emailed to the city planning department by 5:00 PM on June 1, 2025.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.
