Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Submit electronic and hard copy proposals per instructions in RFP; clearly label submission with 'Comprehensive Plan Update'; follow all formatting and page limit requirements.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.
