Proposal Submittal
Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Submit technical and financial proposals through the UNDP procurement portal in accordance with the instructions provided, before 6:00 PM IST on the deadline.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.
