Proposal Submittal
Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Submit via INDOT's electronic portal. Proposals must include a technical and cost section, submitted by 3:00 PM EST, May 12, 2025. Include project number and firm name in subject line.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.
