A structured decision-making document that brings together site analysis, opportunities, constraints, community context, funding considerations, comparable projects, a recommended project direction, and implementation considerations. It provides a clear foundation for the next stage of the project.
Who is Tiggo for?
We work with municipalities, libraries, school districts, parks departments, economic development organizations, and other public institutions responsible for public-interest sites.
How long does it take?
Most Project Blueprints are completed in approximately two weeks, depending on the project's size and complexity.
