Proposal Submittal
Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Submit via the City of Santa Monica’s submission portal with all mandatory attachments including designs and cost breakdowns.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.

Proposals to the RFP should include the following sections:
Project vision document and budget plan, Experience in similar park projects, Preliminary designs and layout plans, Compliance with city’s green building standards
