Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Mail five hard copies of the proposal and an electronic copy via USB drive to the city planning office. Include 'Downtown Enhancement' in the subject.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.
