Proposal Submittal
Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Submit three hard copies and two digital versions (on USB) by mail or via in-person delivery to NYCEDC's headquarters.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.
