Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Submit proposals through the City of Pocatello's e-procurement portal by 4:00 PM MDT on March 27, 2025. Clearly mark submissions as 'PIH ATCT Design-Build Proposal'.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.
