Proposal Submittal
Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Submit proposals electronically to planning@piedmont.ca.gov by 5:00 PM PST on March 28, 2025. Use subject line 'Housing Element Implementation Proposal'.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.

Proposals to the RFP should include the following sections:
Executive summary (2 pages max), Project approach and methodology (10 pages max), Team qualifications and experience (5 pages max), Project timeline and budget (3 pages max), References (2 pages max)
