Interested consultants must submit a digital copy of the proposal to the Project Manager as follows:
Proposals must be submitted electronically to proposals@openspaceauthority.org by 5:00 p.m. PST on Friday, February 14, 2025. The subject line should read 'RFP-2025-03: Coyote Valley Landscape Linkage'.
Proposal Requirement
Proposals shall be limited to 70 one-sided pages (8.5 inches x 11 inches). All proposals should be focused on the defined content. Proposals shall be provided in PDF format.
